Terms of Service for Consultancy

1. Introduction

Welcome to our consultancy services. We act as an intermediary, introducing our clients to hand-picked local real estate agents in various international markets. Our primary service includes advising clients on suitable locations and, importantly, on locations that may or not meet their needs. We provide introductions to selected local real estate agents we have vetted to ensure they meet our high standards.

2. Scope of Services

Our consultancy is designed to assist you in finding the most appropriate local agent who can handle the specifics of real estate acquisition in their jurisdiction. Please note, our service is limited to providing these introductions and relevant advice on property locations. Any further involvement from our side, such as negotiation, legal representation, or property management, is not included in our standard service.

3. Consultancy Fees

Our fee for the consultancy service totals €2,500. This fee is split into two payments:

• The first payment of €1,250 is due upon your acceptance of our terms and our agreement to act on your behalf and introduce you to a list of agents suitable for your needs.

• The second payment of €1,250 is due only upon the successful completion of a property purchase through one of our introduced agents.

4. Additional Costs

Please be aware that additional costs may be incurred that are outside our consultancy fees. These may include, but are not limited to, local taxes, property laws applicable in the country of purchase, and legal costs. These are payable by you directly and are dependent on the specific requirements of the property purchase.

5. Payment Terms

The first payment is required to begin the process of our services, including the introduction to suitable real estate agents. No services will be provided until this payment is made. The final payment is contingent upon the successful purchase of a property and must be completed to finalize our consultancy service.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that once paid, the initial payment is non-refundable. It covers the administrative and advisory costs incurred by us in selecting and introducing you to suitable agents. This payment is due regardless of whether a property transaction is concluded.

7. Acknowledgment of Terms

By proceeding with our consultancy services, you agree to these terms of service. We do not offer free guidance and will only provide our services once you have instructed us and agreed to these terms. Your satisfaction with these terms and clarity on the fees payable are imperative before we initiate any service.
